Stormriders Practice #9: A Review

I'm not sure if it was the new t-shirts or the maple whiskey, but that was another great practice last night everyone. Technically, we are picking up on things very well. The work ethic, as always, was top notch. You all put in a great effort for a tough practice.

Lifesavers Practice #13: A Review

Where were you all last night?! 3 people showed up! Folks, we've got to get out to practice. I know the traffic was a bit nuts coming out of the city last night and that there were some people that had circumstances beyond their control, but where were the rest of you?!

Consistency is the name of the game here. If we don't practice as a group on a regular basis, it will be really tough to make improvements.

Let's go for a better showing next Tuesday. Have a nice weekend.

Sorry for the delayed post today. I have been at the canoe club since 7:30am and just returned home for lunch.

I have 45 minutes before I have to be back at the club, so the practices are going to be listed here and will apply to both teams.

So, tonight's practice is:

- technical review (10-20 minutes)
- 5x200m RACE PACE with starts. (we have a course installed for the weekend; hence my being at the club since 7:30am!)
