- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3-4 x 500m (Start, 70,80,90,100)3-4'R. Each intensity corresponds to a 100m chunk of the 500 metre piece.

Good morning everyone,
Tonight's practice will be the following:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3-4 500m (Start, 70,80,90, 100) 3-4 'R These are broken down in 100-metre sections. After the start, we will constantly accelerate until the end.

Good morning everyone.
First, just a quick administrative note. I have 10 people that have confirmed with me about the extra practices in late July, until mid-August. They are:

3- Lenka
4- Josee
5- Miriam
6- Katia
7- Daniela
8- Annie
9- Richard
10- Julie
Some of you haven't directly told me that you are in, but I assumed you would be because you have confirmed for Rawdon. Everyone else, could you please confirm with me soon so I can do the calculations for the price? Thanks.
Second, tonight's practice will be the following:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3 x (3x200m- Max effort, with 2-3'R.) 5'R
It's going to be a hot day today, so please make sure you bring enough water.

Good day everyone,
Once again, the blog is alive and practices will be posted here regularly.
I'm happy to see that we have made some progress on deciding the next festival. It's in just one month, so let's try to maximize turnout every practice and finish the season off well.
Tonight's practice is the following:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- 2-3 x (2', 90", 1', 30" at maximum effort, with equal rest) 4-5'R between sets.
