Good morning everyone,

Tonight's practice will be the following:

- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3-4 500m (Start, 70,80,90, 100) 3-4 'R These are broken down in 100-metre sections. After the start, we will constantly accelerate until the end.
