Hi everyone,
Here's tonight's practice:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3-4 x 500m (Start, 70,80,90,100)3-4'R. Each intensity corresponds to a 100m chunk of the 500 metre piece.
