Tonight's practice will be the following:
2 x (4 x 200m- 3'R) 5'R
Each piece is max effort and with a start. For those of you who did 200m pieces with me last week, please remind to talk about the pickup in the middle that we worked on.

Tonight's practice will be the following:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 2 x 2 paddling
- hit and glide drill
- 3-4 x 600m (Start, 80, 90, 100, Finish)
Also, if you haven't already brought the $20 for the extra practices, it would be appreciated if you could bring it tonight. Thanks!
