Due to the wind and the number of people who cannot make practice tonight, we are canceling tonight's session. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Tonight's practice, if we are able to go out (it's really, really windy right now, but that could change), is the following:

- 10-15 minutes warm-up and technique
- 2 x 2 paddling
- 3 x (200m, 150m, 100m, 50m). Maximum effort. Rest will be calculated accordingly in relation to work time.
- Starts (if time permits.)

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and that you are all ready for a tough practice tonight!

First, don't be scared off by the weather. The wind is supposed to die down early this evening. For this practice, the more people we have, the better.

So, without any further delay, here it is:

- 10 minute warm-up/technique
- 2 x 2 paddling
- (500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m) All hit and glide. Each gets progressively harder (i.e. 500m will be a long, steady pace, but the 100m will be an all out sprint.) The shorter distances will be done with starts. Rest will be roughly equal to work time.
- Practice starts (if time permits.)
